Raw Chocolate Balls
1 cup nuts blended
 1 cup coconut blended 
1 cup dates blended
 2 tbsp raw cocoa power 
1 tbsp coconut oil
 1/3 cup agave syrup
Mix in a bowl and mould balls together with your hands

Raw Millet Granola
Makes 8 servings
2 cups millet (soaked overnight and drained well) 1 cup sunflower seeds 1 cup flaxseed 2/3 cup agave 2 T coconut oil 2 tsp cinnamon Pinch of salt
Dehydrate for 12 hours on 45o
or
Cook for 4 hours in oven on lowest setting
Serve with nut milk and fresh fruit!

Sweet potato & Adzuki bean burgers 
1 sweet potato
1 cup of dry adzuki beans 
1/2 cup wholemeal flour
2 tsp cumin
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
Salt & pepper

Soak adzuki beans over night 
Boil adzuki beans and sweet potato until soft
Drain and mash
Add flour, cumin, sweet chilli and salt/pepper
Form into paddies and fry on cooktop

Vegan sticky dates
Puddings
Pre heat oven to 250F/120C
Sprinkle 1 tsp of bicarb soda over dates in a bowel, then poor half a cup of boiling water over and set aside for 20mins.
Put margarine in a mixing bowel and microwave for 20 secs.
Add all other ingredients and mix together.
Poor batter in greased cupcake tray, should make 8 servings.
Keep in oven for about 25 minutes or until cooked.
 
Butterscotch Sauce
Melt margarine in saucepan over the stove.
Add syrup, sugar and vanilla essence.
Stir and bring to the boil.
Turn down to low and simmer for 15mins.
Serve over pudding with sanitarium vanilla bliss ice-cream (dairy-free) yum yum
